The holder of a BS in business administration and marketing from the University of Northern Colorado, Jason Falco began his career at MCI Telecommunications. Jason Falco worked there for six years before joining Evolving Systems as a business manager in 1998 and later CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) as a senior director of vendor management in 2001.
At CenturyLink, Jason Falco was hired to improve cost savings from external BPO suppliers and grow sales volume of pay for performance alternative markets channel partners. He implemented several initiatives focused on supplier portfolio management, vendor consolidation, and sales improvement. He achieved over 75 percent year-over-year sales growth from alternative markets channels and improved operating margins by 10.2 percent, and also won the Circle of Excellence award seven consecutive times (top 3 percent of sales personnel).
In 2012, Jason Falco joined MCI BPO, LC in Denver, Colorado. He was first executive vice president of business development, and tasked with stimulating new client acquisitions. Jason Falco generated new client logos bringing in over $23 million in new revenue, earning the company a spot in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies. In 2015, he was promoted to COO and CCO (chief customer officer) of the company.
In November 2023, Jason Falco opened a Stand Strong Fencing franchise in Morrison, Colorado. In his first 12 months, he generated almost $1.4 million in sales, which was 189 percent of the target for new franchise locations. He has an MBA from the University of Denver.
